Return Policy: No returns will be accepted after 14 days AND with prior authorization.  NEW radios (Where Applicable) have a MOTOROLA, VERTEX or Standard Warranty and are NOT under warranty by Carolina Radio. We will assist in obtaining warranty service for any in-warranty equipment purchased through us. Special orders carry a non-refundable 15% charge. Any returned equipment must be in same condition as when received.  Any equipment returned for reasons other than failure will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
